Well, honestly, this is kinda weird. This craziness is due to Fortnite doing the crossover of all crossovers by now throwing Star Wars: Tales of the Underworld in the game. Yes, you read it-rightly; at least for the time being, Epic Games turned Fortnite into a theater for Star Wars.
So here are the details: Ante has already been played for two episodes of Star Wars: Tales of the Underworld, which will hit Fortnite this Friday at 10 AM ET, following that very exclusive run of the episodes. But this is not cut and dried. Inside the Star Wars Watch Party Island-whatever name may say, it sounds like the coolest hangout in the virtual atmosphere-there will come the precious Asajj Ventress Loading Screen if you happen to watch both episodes there. Free cosmetics? Where do we sign?
There is still more for you. The server premiere will be put on the Disney+ on that same day, May 4 (because, duh, May the 4th). So if you’ve missed either the screening in Fortnite or just want to give it another go, there are always options.
Let’s speak about how insane this is. Fortnite is now turning into this bizarrely beautiful digital clubhouse: concerts, movies-this has it all! Remember the days when they streamed 10et? Remember Travis Scott, the internet-shattering Astronomical show? Exactly. Fortnite has pulled this kind of thing before, so it will most likely be the classic find-special Creative mode-map, grab a seat, and watch the movie with no fuss from any sort of weird downloads. Log in and find the island, then just vibe.
