The Fort of the Damned Halloween update of Sea of Thieves is expected to bring “quality” tweaks. The upcoming expansion has even given in to the so-called “absurd” request of fans.

Oct. 16 would be an excellent day for avid followers of the game from Rare and Microsoft Studios. While the entire content has not been revealed yet, players could expect a bunch of “quality” tweaks.

Joe Neate disclosed the exciting additions through the developer’s official YouTube channel. It was learned that finally, gamers could change their underwear’s color. Accordingly, this is an “absurd” clamor. However, the studio still decided to incorporate it in the Sea of Thieves Fort of the Damned update.

With just a few days left before the update’s arrival, fans are already looking for specific details. Aside from the changing color of the undies, players may likewise decide to try on different feminine clothes. In short, playing dress-up could be an interesting part while experiencing the gameplay.

Meanwhile, Neate shared that “quality” life tweaks are set to be encountered by every anticipating fans. Part of these changes would be having certain features fixed. For example, the massive explosions would become a thing of the past. The new expansion would implement individual bursts rather than creating one humungous boom.

When it comes to pets, the Sea of Thieves Fort of the Damned update will make them “braver.” Therefore, players would no longer worry about getting annoyed with the sound their pets cause. It can be noted that the current gameplay features repetitive audio signifying that the animals are distressed.

Along with the changes in the overall gameplay, the developer is likewise looking into the adoption of private servers. As such, community events could be done with ease. This could be a highly welcomed development. It must be noted, though, that this would not be part of the Sea of Thieves Fort of the Damned update yet. No one has any idea when this is coming. For now, it is enough that Rare gave a hint about its adoption.
