Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order releases on November 15. Just a mere seven hours prior to its release, EA put out a brand new hype video/trailer for the game that mostly deals in the live-action world.

Check it out below.

The trailer focuses on a young woman walking through a construction site, donning a blue hood like Cal Kestis, the main character in this new action-adventure game.

She throws a force push at one of the construction workers who falls over. The remaining workers then pretend to shoot at her ala Storm Troopers. They can be heard shouting, “pew, pew, pew,” as many children have over the last 40 years, reenacting their favorite Star Wars scenes.

The girl then whips out a blue lightsaber, and suddenly the construction workers are donned in full stormtrooper armor, and the site becomes a battlefield strewn with blaster fire. The girl blocks blaster bolts and runs up walls while throwing her lightsaber and grabbing enemies with the Force.

Her saber crashes through a window and we can see that it’s nothing more than a simple flashlight. A man smiles as he watches his workers and the girl (seemingly his daughter) play. We then see BD-1, Cal’s little droid buddy from the game standing in the office approvingly.

The girl comes face with one of Darth Vader’s Inquisitors who Force Pushes her down. Her lightsaber lands beside her and she looks over to see her father smiling at her approvingly. She smiles back, summons her saber to her hand, ignites it, and duels the Inquisitor as the trailer ends.

Clearly, a lot goes down in this 1-minute 40-second video.

The video properly demonstrates a lot of the hype surrounding this game. Star Wars fans have been clamoring for a new Jedi action-adventure game since 2008’s The Force Unleashed and 2010’s The Force Unleashed 2.

Since then, Star Wars games have been mostly battle based, like Battlefront and Battlefront 2. It has been nearly a decade since players were able to wield the Force in epic fashion.

Adding to the hype around this game is the inclusion of Darth Vader’s Inquisitors, who came to prominence in the popular Disney XD canon cartoon series Star Wars Rebels. Cal will do battle with the Second Sister and the Ninth Sister, both of whom have been trained by Darth Vader himself to hunt and kill rogue Jedi following Order 66.

Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order releases on November 15, 2019, for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
