There doesn’t seem to be a cap on all of the activities you can engage in when building up your empire. The battle mechanics also seem to be very competent. You’ll have the ability to test your wits during large-scale battles, where you’ll have access to some incredible weaponry. Play your cards right and the world will be your oyster. A miscalculation in defenses, though, could be costly and the downfall of your people. The decisions you make on and off the battlefield will affect how the story plays out. Thus, you’re constantly on the edge of your seat as you watch wars and deals play out with a lot of stakes on the line. Mount and Blade 2 isn’t even out yet and it already seems like an amazing medieval experience.
