It may have been a long time coming for some, but Garfield Kart: Furious Racing is finally coming out this month.
This is the sequel to Garfield Kart, which came out for PC and Nintendo 3DS in November of 2013.
Garfield Kart: Furious Racing is centered around the iconic cat Garfield and his ragtag group of friends. It looks like Garfield turned a new leaf, and instead of lazing around all day, he will be facing off against his friends in dynamic racing.
The racing game is full of beloved characters from Garfield, including the cat himself, Jon Arbuckle, Odie, Liz Wilson, Nermal, Arlene, Squeak, and Harry! AGamers can customize their character and kart with a bunch of different accessories.
There are 16 iconic race circuits from Garfield that fans can battle it out in, including Crazy Dunes, Palerock Lake, City Slicker, Country Bumpkin, Valley of the Kings, Blazing Oasis, and Loopy Lagoon.

Essentially, if one has played Mario Kart, then they know what to expect with this game, Mario Kart with a lot more hairballs, yawning, and a smaller budget.
There are three main game modes with Garfield Kart: Furious Racing: Grand Prix, Single Race, and Time Trial.
The premise is simple, pick a game mode, pick a character, and race to the finish, fastest wins.
Probably the best feature of this game is the four-player split-screen and eight-player online mode. Just like Mario Kart, this kind of game is best shared with friends and family.
As players rip around the circuit, they will have up to nine attack and defense bonuses to take advantage of scattered throughout. Utilize them to get the advantage and secure the win.
As mentioned earlier, Garfield Kart: Furious Racing allows up to eight friends to play with each other, depending on if they are playing split-screen or online.
This game is coming out on Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and Play Station 4, and Garfield fans can get their hands on this game on November 19. Additionally, PC Gamers can buy this game online already as it came out earlier in November.
Garfield Kart: Furious Racing is selling for $29.99, and gamers can buy it from all major video game retailers like Amazon and Walmart.
Specifically, for Nintendo Switch players, the game is compatible with TV Mode, Tabletop Mode, and Handheld Mode, and the download file size is 1.5 GB.
The publisher of the game is Microids, who was part of the team for the original Garfield Kart as well.
