HoYoVerse has announced that the Genshin Impact Version 5.7 Pre-Registration event is now live and registering will allow for some sweet rewards. The bigger set of rewards are Primogems (because, seriously, you can never have enough), and the Skirk Level-Up Material Bundle will come in handy for anybody trying to max out characters once the update takes effect.
Genshin’s official Twitter declared that the Event Calendar is now live, enabling travelers to track version goodies in real time. The calendar link is there if one would like to explore it; all events are in the time zone UTC+8, so check your time conversions or you might miss out on an event due to miscalculation of time zones.
This really indicates why those pre-reg events matter: Genshin events are free rewards jags for players. HoYoVerse showers rewards on players sometimes just for showing that they are interested on time, and this time is not any different. Primogems always come in handy (pulls don’t come cheap), and I bet the Skirk bundle will really save some grinding for those folks that want to star grow fast.
What Version 5.7 will have in terms of story and characters is yet to be known, which in true Genshin cooking means almost definitely a new zone, some new quests, and a 5 star that will be a charming drain on everyone’s income. The pre-reg rewards are usually an appetizer to the main course that is about to drop, so staying tuned for more teasers is a smart call.
