Microsoft just dropped this teeny-tiny reminder that Game Pass Ultimate isn’t all about games because it comes with so many benefits. And honestly? Some of you might even sleep on all of those. Did you know they were there? Looking at the replies, I would say that subscription regions are hitting a lot of freshness judging by how they go (or rather the absence thereof).
Very straightforward here for Xbox’s official tweet, nudged it little further unfound: check out the perks page. But here’s the catch: no reply was ever sent to it. Zero. None. That’s quite crazy. Because stuff like this can be saying pretty sweet.
Free in-game currency, exclusive skins, even drops in DLCs, and of course, Discord Nitro trials. It’s not like “here’s a game; have fun.” It’s like “here’s a game, AND here’s some extra loot to go with it.”
So where is everyone? Maybe they started playing and forgot. That assumption can also occur: it is a game and it’s for Game Pass (oneself). And really, if you pay for Ultimate, aren’t you going to make use of it for yourself? I mean, leave no free luggage on the side, right?
Sep “perks.” Months ago it would be a free skin for Sea of Thieves; maybe this month it would be some boost in Fortnite or a trial for a certain streaming service. Not everything is going to be life-changing, but hey-it’s free, and if you have it in any case, it is, then, just like a bonus.
Microsoft really has been all forward on Game Pass, though evidently with the bonuses that it does really make pay off more than just the drooping shadow. Wouldn’t that have worked if it’s not something on everyone’s lips? Or has the market shot off-target on that advertising thing, or have free offerings just gone out of style?
Either way, you should check Ultimate for one second and see what is available for this month, for, maybe, something really cool. If not, at least it would make the subscription feel a little more worth it.
And if you’re not using Game Pass Ultimate? What are you doing with your life? It’s stacked with games and perks and some surprise drops now and then, hard to beat. Unless you’re, like, dedicated to buying everything at full price, in which case-respect, but also, why?
So yeah. Perks exist. Get them or don’t. But if you don’t, don’t say to nobody that he didn’t tell you.
