Howdy folks! We have hot news from the horse’s mouth, which is going to be for all the myriad Final Fantasy VII Rebirth lords. Yes, December has come with the final free PC patch 1.003 which had so many fixes within it. “And what do we get in the update? Let’s unveil!”
“Aha! Imagine that – an actual patch for improving general game stability. Oi! Those annoying bugs ruining your gaming atmosphere are out. The collective nostalgia takes everyone back to the memory of hurling a machine at the wall when the game just so happens to throw an almighty crash on you at the peak of ‘epic’. Not now, crybaby! Those crashes should be sorted out for some players with certain AMD Radeon™ products. Really a big surprise! Finally, something going in favor of the AMD customers!”
And Steam Deck and rejoicing are all the users! Small download size for the patch means a lot less space consumed and easiest access to growing gameplay again. Lesser downloads and more playtime- everybody loves to hear that.
But not everyone is happy; several users reached for Twitter to vent their feelings. “Update 3, and still no AMD frame generation 🗿,” said user @anwarrrr3. Not all players feel they have been heard.
While another user called @Juniorceo7 wrote, “Final fantasy 16 on Xbox when? Sounds like the rest are also pretty much excited to see more titles on other platforms. And let’s just be honest; who would not want to see a few more titles of Final Fantasy games on an Xbox?”
There is no 100% applause. @Manic27G is clambering for shader compilation stuttering to be FIXED! “FIX THE SHADER COMPILATION STUTTERING!” Obviously, some players have been confronted with problems that need to be solved.
User @kiryukazuma2788 disdainfully added, “Fix the textures you bunch of monkeys!” Ouch! Strong words! Clearly, this fan community is heated.
Lighter spirits by: @jailerjavierre: “Let’s reinstall complete 144 gigs for an insignificant update. Let’s gooooo! *sobs*”. We have all been there. The struggle is real!
Mixed reactions to the patch, but most agree on the updates. “Thanks for continuing to bring updates on time,” said @Reaver_xiii. So at least some players recognize the effort put into evolving the game.
In summary, it indeed has good package fixing and improvements, but, alas, it can still be said that much remains to be done. Players don’t want only stability but, rather, a polished experience. So, what do you say? Are you enthusiastic about the changes? Or is there still something aside from this weighing him down? Mouth open, let’s continue!
