A new cinematic trailer for Satellite Scramble has been released, revealing new features of the popular battle royale game, such as a new season pass with outfits and rounds around space.
The Blunderdome inhabitants will venture outside of their planet for the first time, taking on new difficulties as they travel through space. Season 2: Satellite Scramble will debut on September 15, and a launch event named Satellite Explorers is scheduled to coincide with that day.
Players will be charged with repairing the Fall Guys satellite by accumulating points. Doing so will make them eligible for several new rewards, including the in-game currency Kudos, a pattern, a nameplate, a moniker, and a costume item for their backpack.
Up to four squads must tiptoe across a succession of shaky platforms in the Tiptoe Finale level style, one of the new level types, to win by reaching the arena’s center crown. Beans must use various buttons in Starchart to uncover the appropriate invisible path to the finish line. Beans will use hidden signals in the stars to determine the correct direction.
The Cosmic Highway is a moving platformer that will throw players into the vacuum if they are not successfully managed. At the same time, Pixel Painters is another novel-level structure with players hopping on tiles to light up the correct pattern. Ion thrusters, hover platforms, and Trolleybots will all be added to the game in Season 2, according to a blog on the Fall Guys website, though no other information is available.
The blog also adds that other space-themed spectacles are “not yet ready,” but since Fall Guys have confirmed that it is working with brands like Alien, Star Trek, and Hatsune Miku, it shouldn’t be long before more details are made public.
Pancake, a well-known and trustworthy Fall Guys leaker, recently shared images of some highly intriguing collaboration-focused costumes that might appear in the upcoming battle pass season.
