A Pokémon fan has created a model of Magnezone that can genuinely float in midair. Some enthusiasts believe Magnezone is an extraterrestrial Pokémon from outer space, as it relies on magnets to stay afloat in high-altitude locations. The previous evolutions of this Electric/Steel Pokémon, Magnemite and Magneton, are fan favorites because of their distinctive synthetic design.

Reddit user BigRig Pikachu displayed the constructed Magnezone model with a brief clip highlighting its capabilities, including detachable attachments and a platform that causes it to float. The model is composed of numerous 3D-printed sections connected by magnets, one of which is so powerful that it causes the model to hover when placed on its assigned platform. Using metallic paints and detachable accessories, this Pokémon replicates its UFO-like in-game appearance through an engineering feat.

While Magnezone is easy to obtain in Pokémon Legends: Arceus, this realistic model gives players numerous opportunities to catch the metallic Pokémon in real life.

On their YouTube channel, BigRig Creates, a video describing the project’s development shows the Pokémon gently spinning while its designer continues to compare their item with authentic Pokémon merchandise. It’s fair to argue that not all Pokémon’s inventory is as fantastic as others; gigantic Pokémon plush toys come to mind.

However, some of Pokémon’s merchandise falls short in contrast. In their video, BigRig displays alternative inventory, such as a glow-in-the-dark Quaxly nightlight, that might compete with the existing official merchandise. A comment in response to a curious fan says that BigRig will share the schematics for this model so that others can build their floating Magnezone.

It will be intriguing to watch what fans do with new Pokémon like Scarlet and Violet’s new Greavard and the other animals continually being added to the Pokémon franchise as new game content is developed.

This is a standard practice within the fanbase, and creators always attempt to improve upon earlier ideas.
