Fortnite has once more pulled another stunt and just when you are overwhelmed with their ever-crazy collaborations, a Disney-themed map is to be released on the 6th of November. Besides, the map will bring along the collaboration mythic items from Marvel, Star Wars, and numerous other Disney characters and places. The code for the map is 4617-4819-8826 for those who wish to enter. Honestly, this is going to be either the most fabulous thing or a complete disaster. There is no place for the in-between.
The source of the leak is the well-known Fortnite leaker HYPEX who was assisted in unearthing the information by @DrewDisneyDude. It has completely split the player base, as some are really excited while others are simply… done with it. A player named George Conradi has been a bit provocative by saying, “I am so done with Star Wars, man. They have overdone it.” The argument is fair, isn’t it? There has been quite a lot of Star Wars in Fortnite. On the other hand, there are players like Flurpledur who just replied “Yoo this is so hype” so undoubtedly, it is a mixed bag of responses.
Additionally, some players are wondering if this is indeed that Disney mode which Epic had revealed ages ago. A user by the name owenisnerdy was inquiring, “wait is this that Disney thing they shown a few years ago? or something new” and to be honest? it could well be. Epic Games has kept this Disney alliance under wraps for quite some time now and it is finally coming to light. There are even whispers about a Wreck-It Ralph place on the map which is quite random but simultaneously nice.
Nevertheless, not everyone is rejoicing at the idea. User SuperMario5687 did not hold back, saying “I can already imagine the place being empty, it looks so dull.” And another user tique70 suggested “Nobody is gonna be tryharding this” which, well, probably true? It’s a Disney map, players will just chill and enjoy the scenery, not sweating for a Victory Royale. Then there is the famous comment by notxavvi who simply said “im going to shoot mickey mouse” which is… a vibe, I guess. A very specific, chaotic vibe.
Was it the map I was talking about? Oh, yes, the map itself. It is going to see the blending of mythics, this is a teaser that lightsabers might be back again or who knows, we could even end up with some Marvel superpowers. The Disney universe has such a broad range that the imagination can go wild and be limitless. And since the map code is out, it is a Creative mode map, so it won’t be replacing the main battle royale island or anything. It is simply a side activity for the times when you want to take a break from the usual grind.
And the reactions were quite unexpected, as well, starting from a whole debate on XXXTentacion coming to Fortnite?? User Lostjudgme was ranting how they had already done an XXXTentacion event in Creative and that people are expecting a full collab with skins and emotes. Another one said John Cunningham owns the rights and wants a skin. That is a completely different matter apart from Disney but, hey, that is Twitter for you, always going off the rails.
So, November 6 is the day to be highlighted on your calendar if you are interested in this kind of crossover insanity. Whether you are excited to discover Disney worlds or just want to have a look at the whole gridlock of the fuss, the map code is given. 4617-4819-8826. It is totally free to visit, so why not? At least it will give you a new thing to do in between matches. And who knows, maybe hitting Mickey Mouse will become the new meta. Stranger things have happened in Fortnite, that is for sure.
In short, it’s a new day, another crazy partnership for Fortnite. If you adore it or detest it, Epic must be credited with keeping things lively. They are tireless in their attempts, keeping the players always on the alert by throwing unexpected things at them. This Disney map may turn out to be a great attraction or a flop, but this is what we are going to be doing—dive in and discover for ourselves. Thus, November 6th is the day to be ready, bring your pickaxe, for some truly bizarre crossovers. Right now, nothing is beyond the realm of possibility. PlayStation and Xbox gamers are also watching closely.
