Riot Games has just unleashed the major VALORANT hype machine for Chinese players—the entire video treatment for “In My Zone,” with Canadian rapper BBNO$, to promote the mobile launch. Just ripping through the internet. The song is lit, the visuals are crisp, and this is actually official. In fact, ridiculous to comprehend, this is not a fan-made production.

There is the thing: That full music video is a part of the promotional campaign for VALORANT Mobile before its China release date on August 19, 2025. The personal confirmation comes from Riot on Instagram and steps on the Wikipedia page to back it; no doubt about its authenticity. So here goes, we got full VALORANT plugs: Agents popping off abilities, cinematic gunplay, and obviously, all that Riot polish.

Of course, all the talk is in the replies. Players are going wild with some dubbing it “pure cinema” while others are just excited to see their agents moving. One player jokingly stated, “Bro did someone record my ranked games because what the hell,” alluding to the all-too-familiar chaos exhibiting glorious style in the gameplay clips shown in the video. Another declared Viper’s supremacy: “Viper always on the winning side, iktr.” (Really? Legit.).

Although another one states, “VALORANT cannot make music to save their damn lives,” which is just one of many useless opinions. Meanwhile, others demand Riot should convert these cinematics into a series: “Make a series so fast as you can PLEASE, THIS IS SO BEAUTIFUL TO SEE!!!!!” screamed a fan with endless enthusiasm.

Some other players started classic VALORANT gameplay debates. One guy roasted Jett mains (come on, you know it): “YO CAN JETT JUST WAIT FOR THE DRONE DAMN,” and someone else gladly echoed about duelists never waiting for initiators: “That’s exactly what happens when the duelist doesn’t wait for our call.” Sigh; the struggle is real.

Then there was the whole BBNO$ mess: The rapper’s electrified and elevated energy going hand in hand with VALORANT’s lightning-fast explosions, and the players are loving this collab to the core. “WE ARE SO BACK WITH THIS ONE,” one reply boomed.

What else? And with the China mobile launch nice and confirmed, everyone is wondering if this would automatically mean a worldwide mobile launch is on the cards too. Riot doesn’t want to spill the beans on that just yet, but if this music video says anything, it is waaaaaay just the start of their next big push on VALORANT.

Until then, if you haven’t already, go ahead and watch this video-you will thank me later. Hardcore VALORANT fans will appreciate it, and casuals in need of some prime meme fodder will do well to watch it too. One can at least hope now, right?

TL;DR: VALORANT Mobile China gets a fire music video, the players are hyped (or roasting Jett mains), and Riot continues to flex their cinematic muscles. August 2025 cannot come soon enough.
