There I am, minding my business, trying not to pay attention to some annoying guy next to me, blaring music, when I see on Twitter: TMNT VILLAINS DROPPING IN FORTNITE. Are you serious? Rocksteady, Bebop, and Krang are coming in the game? 🔥 Hold up, though; who is actually excited for this?
I mean, this dude straight up said he’s not a TMNT fan (@bruce_wayne0090), and honestly, I can feel that. Not gonna lie, I’m not really rejoicing in this. Who even asked for this? Then we have a tweet from @eloh3xover saying the skins are “buns”, like uh-right? I don’t know about you, but I’m feeling in no way for these skins.
Then there’s others like @FR0STEDFURY hyping it with an all-cap style saying “THEY’RE COMING” with the frozen emoji. Dude chill, it’s just some skins. Then you’ve got @MyChudLife low-key dreaming about bundles of Rex and Thragg while I’m just like, who even are those guys? Just trying to figure out whether I even care about this wave of characters.
Now what’s with all the yelling about Casey Jones? Sure, the dude is popular among the fandom, but he’s not even in this lineup. @Toast_President and @ShadowTheCat69 are like, “WHERE IS CASEY JONES?’ Honestly, I’m a little bit curious too. How will you drop villains and forget about the dude who really rocks?
But we can talk about the replies, where some are like, “Nobody care” (@Oozaru_db) or “Eww..,” which is definitely LOL, same. There is this one dude, @SpiderBoy_FN, giving commentary on someone hating on Sabrina. Like, wait, what? How did we get here at all?
I am exhausted to the max and severely tired of collabs. @AnimeFan0521 say, “more waves of other collabs before they even come out with Demon Slayer.” Dude, we get it, Fortnite is trying to grab every anime and pop culture character there is out there, but some break would be nice.
Now my cat is distracting me a bit because of the fact that it’s been broke up with my water glass, and my hands are sweaty trying to clean that up while ranting about this.
But back on Fortnite; I don’t know, maybe the skins will turn out cool? Right now it feels like a cash grab. Are people actually going to spend V-Bucks on this? I mean something tells me nah.
TMNT villains, huh? I don’t know how that’s going to go, but it wouldn’t keep me waiting on that one. Let me know if you’re excited or just as confused about this as I am. I also thought about the weather, like rain all week and I really want to game without worrying about getting drenched. 😒
