The Sims 4 has officially welcomed spring with the Spring Sale! 🌼 Tempting packs such as For Rent, Lovestruck, and Life and Death are now on sale! Must be a great season, don’t you think? Oh wait. Should some of these be advertised in front of gigantic game packs? Let’s explore!
While most players are waiting for sales to buy the packs with some discount, there comes a little hiccup on those very purchases. Some, however, hesitate, stating some of these packs, For Rent for one, virtually ruin their games! 😱 Imagine after all those long hours of saving up to buy that cool pack, it just ends up crashing your game. How annoying!
One player, Simlish Girl, jokingly said, “Break your game for a fraction of the price, woohoo!” 🤑 That’s kind of what some players are feeling about the glitches in the game: it’s like giving someone a toy that does nothing! Another player, going by the name bri 🌞, asked, “Why are y’all advertising a pack that’s breaking games?” A good question! Why would anyone promote something that wreaks havoc?
Numerous replies were about how these packs were apparently ruining player’s saves. One player said they almost lost all their saved games! 😩 To have gone that far back in the game. That’s almost like saying you lost everything you did in a race!
Another player, dubbed adrian, pointed out how hardly playable for most the game was. The bugs make it very hard to work on, but they make everything you have done disappear in a second! One second, you are placing countertops, building your dream house, and boom💔.
Some fans are still optimistic. TitchPuppy is a player who adores the game and buys all the DLCs. They might be excited about new packs even with some bugs sticking to it. But this is not everybody’s attitude. A player called Dakota said, “Putting the pack that’s corrupting people’s saves on sale, truly a new low.” Wow! A bit harsh!
Another fan by the name of CuddlesCoffin asked if they shouldn’t even bother with legacy gameplay due to bugs. Really stands a chance! If your progress can be messed with that easily, should you really go ahead and take that chance?
Not to forget bugs like indoor weather glitches. When will that get fixed? Bugs made playing feel like a flip of the coin. Either a heck of a fun or a total disaster.
So, what are you going to do? If you really want those packs, exercise caution! Test their strengths first! Your money down the drain for something else with plenty of frustration.
The Sims 4 Spring Sale is a blast, but ever think twice? Would you risk your game for some more packs, or would you wait for all those bugs on the days of holy granity? Simmer on, everybody! 🌟
