Hence they are–well, second to qualify–Sentinel would be going to Paris for the VALORANT Champions, and reactions from some perspective could be pure chaos.
The official VALORANT Esports account announced this on their Twitter handle. The response ranged over hype, memes, and many question marks on how the regions are really struggling to keep up. One user, Teren_9700X, went in full roast mode: “Americas already has 2 teams at Paris. What are the other regions doing 🤣.” Except they might be right.
But some don’t want to celebrate. JrollTheDJ went on a wild left turn, ranting about cheaters instead of congratulating Sentinels. Like, bro, read the room. Around the same time, plenty mocked the promo pic, Zellsis’ face most of all. Sumerian was frank in calling it “the worst picture of @Zellsis ever,” and seriously-c’mmon, the internet is never going to let someone live down a bad angle.
Then the Fnatic stans returned with some clarity: “Fnatic are like the only other team guaranteed to qualify through points alone,” Gh0 ♡︎ tells elzura. So… subtle flex?
Coming back to Sentinels. Ladies and Gentlemen, the hype is REAL. From “LETS GOOO” to “we are going PARIS lfg 🔥,” pure energy. Even Gankster, the chill, all-business type, casually said, “good job sen city 😎.” However, the conversation took a weird turn when Minkedfishy asked, “How close is team heretics to qualing?” that guy really needs to get focused.
Oh, and then the “We don’t care” came from SrathensVCT. Bold move, but hey, not everybody’s a Sentinels fan, I guess.
Next: Sentinels get Paris tickets while most other regions scramble to keep up. It’s turning into one of the most competitive events thus far…so, drama has just begun.
