Rockstar Games has announced the new Community Race Series to showcase the best player-to-stunt track conversions. This week shines a spotlight on the Steele 8 Way Madness Stunt Race, with triple GTA$ and RP being rewarded throughout the entire lineup.
Rockstar’s official Twitter announcement could be accounted for as an exodus of excitement and the usual mayhem from the GTA community. While most of the players sat in waiting to dive right into the new races, a couple took advantage of this moment to ask for everything from GTA 6 news to Turkish support for their next game. These are classic GTA Online moments.
One person was able to explain the situation perfectly: @Web3__Youth celebrated: “GTA Online’s community races look like a blast; can’t wait to try them,” whereas there was also @Itz__Bankz, who plainly said: “No races, bring back the adversary modes please Rockstar.” Then came the inevitable GTA 6 hopefuls: @ajah_elube just asked, “Wen GTA 6?,” while @itsHPX demanded be announced for pre-orders already.
The Steele 8 Way Madness Stunt Race is one of the events promoted by Rockstar to back the GTA Online Creator community’s creative spirit. Players can create tracks, share them via Discord, and include the hashtag #communityseries with their creations to be considered for feature in upcoming events.
Only to be honest, while the new content is cool, the reply section was totally where all the action was. Going from @Albon2001 stating he got “banned for nothing” to @EYEBreezy_ admitting that he “gave up on the Discord,” the community really balanced out the conversation. Then there was someone like @gta_turkish who threw in a proposal for Turkish localization of GTA 6 by tweeting, “We’ve been with the Rockstar family for years. Seeing Turkish language support in GTA 6 would mean a lot to millions of Turkish players.”
Meanwhile, @parlemoulagastp was just chilling with a “sltππc qd gta 6?ππ¨π«π” (“Hiππ when’s GTA 6?ππ¨π«π”): for sure.
With the full range of reactions, of course, it would be almost criminal if the triple rewards didn’t make getting back into GTA Online this week all the more appealing. Whether you’re racing for money or just pure anarchy, Rockstar’s latest update definitely adds yet another compelling reason to fire up the gameβhalf the reply messages yelling for GTA 6.
So grab your fastest car and hit the track while trying hard not to get sidetracked by the mayhem in the chat. Happy racing or happy waiting for GTA 6, for some of the replies, anyway. Rockstar, of course, has got you covered. Sort of.
