Just a few seconds ago while visiting Twitter, word came out: Prince Ahzrak conception art has leaked and gamers are storming out madly searching to find this dude. The tweet offers nothing in terms of details, linking instead to the image without context. Not a title of what game is contained, nor development studio, nothing. Just…Prince Ahzrak. Seriously? Just this name could totally be paired with some high-higher-most fantasy RPG or maybe a dark-souls-like game where you get ripped apart by some dude with a cool name.

Speaking of which, art looks chef’s kiss in the most chef’s kiss way possible. “Showing a regal looking figure draped in some ornate armor, either the final boss or that one NPC selling you overpowered gear but totally betrays you later.” The level of detailing is expertly done; well, extremely well done even to the engravings and the cape that most probably owns its physics engine. Whoever drew that was not just fooling around.

And here’s where the weird part comes in: there are absolutely zero responses. None. This tweet is floating around in the void with no one willing to come forward and claim it, let alone speculate. That is highly rare on gaming Twitter, where people usually swoop like hyenas on a three-day-old piece of beef on any possible leads. Either this is some feverish indie dev dream flying under the radar, or a slow-burn tease from some big studio.

Could FromSoftware be seeing if there’s any enthusiasm for a new IP? Or is it just possible that we’ve uncovered a buried easter egg for Witcher 4 by CD Projekt Red? (Okay, probably not, but let a man dream.) The silence is killing me, as by now someone—anybody—would have been saying, “Oh hey, this is from [X game].” But nope. Crickets.

And truthfully? It just makes it more interesting. The art is too polished for random fan art, but there’s nothing to ground it with. Just beautiful, maddening. If this is a leak, then the studio is probably pulling all-out efforts to take it down right now. If it was meant to tease us, hats off: Now we’re all addicted.
