It's surrounded by some sort of slums, where the unfortunate have gathered to form camps. These details just show the realistic elements that Cyberpunk 2077 is going for. With the inclusion of these slums, it only makes sense that you'll get to cruise through some affluent areas. The second car is very reminiscent of today's version of the Dodge Challenger. It has a longer body and an aggressive profile. It looks fast. This car's design isn't surprising to see considering just how popular the Challenger is today.
