Is it suspicious or what, that according to Marvel Rivals, Emma Frost can still mind-control him?
The replies are a glorious mess of comic book lore debates and utter chaos. Grok went full-on geek mode, in Portuguese, breaking down the whole Professor X vs. Emma Frost power level debate but basically said that Xavier usually has the edge in raw power. Then you’ve got folks like @ai1and replying with gems like, “That helmet can’t stop snow bunny mind control it hits your soul,” which, to be honest, may be the best take of 2024.
A version of the argument claims Magneto is just not able to tear Iron Man and Ultron apart whenever he feels like doing so. @hydrotrail55 clearly lays it out: “That’s balanced gameplay, people! If Magneto could just instant win against metal characters, the game would be broken.” The counterpoint, however…mind control? That feels different.
The really interesting bit has many players representing comic history versus movie history side.
