That’s Escoffier.
First, she gets to be the Queen of Precision Gastronomy, for that sounds all really professional until you realize she is out here dissecting flavors like a scientist in a lab coat.
Glance over at The Steambird (Fontaine’s gossiper column) for the rumors that confirm her gastronomic shenanigans have thus far altered the very definition of “tasty” for the locals of Fontaine. Then she goes measuring, extracting, blending-whatever that means-and apparently at the end you are rewarded with food so good it makes your brain go topsy-turvy-or something.
