Just a question that was set off once Forza Motorsport was released: describe your Fujimi Kaido experience in a single word. And oh my gosh, the fans did their part. The answers ranged from pure joy to hilariously funny frustration—really, telling about the old-school love the track commands from players.

First, love. Words like “magnificent,” “sublime,” and “heaven” appeared time and time again. XCENSION expressed green-heart emoji vibes into it, while Duffman_D said it was sublime with some beautiful emoji combos. So it clearly feels a bit different for a lot of racers to drive through Fujimi Kaido.

There also were not so pleasant experiences. Some drivers developed… shall we say… an intimate relationship with the walls of the track. Louis Stomboli elaborated on the obvious: “Great track but you can’t really go around the course over 100 mph without slamming into walls.” Jalke Peters nailed it: “Allot of walls and paint lost 🙄😂.” Then, FakuLM14 went with one brutal word: “Walls.” Ow!

Nostalgia was quite strong, though. Shane Dageforde of SDaggerStudios called it “a dream come true,” thanking the devs for listening to longtime fans. Panagiotis Ntakos called the night rendition “peak Forza,” with Drift Meet Ups getting a nod in between.

Not everyone had a good time, though. Demokratieleiter NC89P13N7 was biting with “broken from the ground up” and tagged Turn 10 Studios with a “fix this bsh.” Fronk’s house, meanwhile, had grumbling from the weed: a complaint about the always-on-DRM, in that they had to buy an older Forza game for offline play during their Italy trip.

The requests followed. Mantzaras Theodore wants a single-player campaign; zacster2010342 is begging for point-to-point races and would instantly buy it if that happened, and Soundwave372814 made a legitimate point regarding track variety: “What’s the point of having 500, a 1000 cars when you only have a handful of tracks?”

And of course, the memes were there. Dennis Gonzalez brilliantly summed up the struggles with: “(SKUUUUUUUURT)…… Wall… lol. I’ll get it together one day.” REKM Racingows the meta, joking about the track’s elevation: “Top of the mountain.”

So, what’s the verdict? Fujimi Kaido is adrenaline fuelled, nostalgic, and, well, full of crashed cars. One way or another, it’s clear: The track has even more memories carved into the granite of the driver’s mind. Now, pardon us while we get back out there and ram some walls.

That final patch from Forza Motorsport really stirred the pot, and with such a fiery bunch of players, surely that means the game has a good, though slightly dented, future ahead.
