In essence, from later today you will get these emotes. No more waiting and no more guessing. It’s on.
For those who are not aware Epic has already been doing crossovers between Fortnite characters and the Lego Ninjago universe for some time now, but if I am to be honest, I think that this one was the most different one. It brought in the Masters of Spinjitzu themselves—Lloyd, Kai, Jay, Cole, Zane, and Nya. And now it seems Epic is letting the skin aspect go far beyond, Emotes are the next logical step, aren’t they? Need a way to party in the victory royale with some elemental flair.
ShiinaBR’s tweet left no room for misinterpretation: “3x NINJAGO EMOTES DROP IN TODAY’S SHOP”. No extra, no ambiguities. Only a strongly stated declaration. And the community? They have basically gone crazy but in a very nice way. The replies set the mood, and these vibes go from total hype to very particular, very urgent requests.
Let’s dissect the chat because it is the very revelation of the truth. ‘Bug The#1 Broomalcro shipper’ said “Oh my god I’m gonna be BROKE” expressing a fear that is quite common. A situation we can all relate to. A significant amount of V-Bucks will be no more. Yet at the same time, the mighty theme of comments was not limited to the emotes. It was about the music. The Weekend Whip.

Jolly Ghostface Fortnite put it very bluntly: “Ok, but is the WEEKEND WHIP also coming? It’d be a total waste if they don’t drop it.” The demand is palpable. The iconic theme song is as much a part of Ninjago as the spinning. The release of these emotes without the track would be… incomplete. Like pizza without cheese. Just wrong.
