Just released by Epic Games in Fortnite are the Crocodile Kicks, the transformers of shoes, with a hefty price of 600 V-Bucks. While some seem to be eager for the cosmetic, others are just tiring it to the ground. Well, then there are server issues that allow practically few to log in and cop both these.

The announcement was made by a tweet from a prominent Fortnite leaker, showcasing the new footwear and sharing a direct link to get them. Crocodile Kicks have an almost reptilian charm, but reception? Let’s just say the replies were a “whole mood.” Some called them, “🔥,” while others were like, “This gotta be the lamest one yet.” Then, there were those: “When are Llamacorn shoes coming back?” Priorities, right?

Meanwhile, the real tea was that the servers were down at the kicks’ drop time. Like, imagine new item in shop being technically “available” to you while you are not able to buy it because of a log-in error in the game. Pain. Absolute pain. The replies started flooding in with complaints like, “Would be nice if we could log on.” One said, “Something we ain’t even ask for is this why the fucking ques suck.”

Then came the conspiracies. A player asked if the old movement animations were returning in reference to rumored Chapter 4 mechanics coming back, basically demanding to know when the JJK (Jujutsu Kaisen) collab is dropping. Because, you know, Fortnite-anime crossovers are basically a given now.

Price got struck from another side. Almost 600 V-Bucks, many found Crocodile Kicks to be a letdown for what they are: “Too expensive for what they are, we don’t care,” one said very plainly. Whereas others were just happy to see anything new in the shop, even if it is not what Squid Game items were supposed to be.

That pretty much sums up the Fortnite crowd—divided, passionate, and more than willing to poke fun at Epic on matters so trivial. But no matter how much you love to hate ’em, Crocodile Kicks have been dropped into the world, and drama has yet to ebb away. Oh, if only everyone could get through those servers to buy them…

So, yeah, that kind of wraps up yet another day of Fortnite-land—new cosmetics, server troubles, and loudmouth players. Like always. Maybe next time Epic drops something, they get the servers ready for the hype. Or at least bring back those llamacorns.
