Alright, Fortnite fans: strap in, for the Fantastic Four are being taken into reality, and the prices have leaked. Holy cow! Now those V-Bucks of yours are on the chopping block.
According to the leakers, @SpushFNBR and @Loolo_WRLD, the full Fantastic Four bundle goes for a whopping 3,600 V-Bucks. Or, you can buy them all separately-side if you are not prepared to pay out a quarter of a million upfront. Reed Richards and Susan Storm, 1,600 each; Johnny Storm, 1,800 (he is the priciest one, you see, because he’s literally on fire); and 1,500 for Ben Grimm, a.k.a. The Thing.
Also, the bundle contains Space Craft Glider/Backbling combo at 800 V-Bucks, the signature “It’s Clobberin’ Time!” emote for 300, and the Four Girder Pickaxe at 800. If you wanna pick up a few more backblings while you’re at it, they’ll be 300 V-Bucks a piece.
Reactions soon followed: Gamers had thoughts. Some were hyped, such as @SaiyanDeezy, who tweeted, “I thought it would’ve been more this is perfect,” while others, like @StormDash_10, side-eyed Johnny’s pricetag: “What’chu you mean 1800 for Johnny? Of course my favorite has to be the most expensive.”
And then there was @MagicSlippers, dropping a hard diss as it landed: “They look like @$$.” Ouch. @GoodGamers were happy with the ambience price, calling it “fantastic” (pun intended?). Real drama? The debate on why Johnny’s price is higher. @victoriofn is being greedy, while @Joker_The_0ne is being realistic: He has a built-in emote, which justifies the extra cost. @supershy_onyx swooped in with: “I miss when backblings were included in the 1500 skins,” Amen to that.
Some players were just happy about having enough V-Bucks saved up: “Uffff I’m lucky, I have exactly 3,700 V-bucks,” said @XsX1_X. On the flip side, @z3ddd01 was panicking: “Bruh and I have 1700 😭 thought it would be max 1600.”
And then we got @lurnmeta, hitting us with the coldest take: “There are only 4 ppl who care about this.” Harsh but maybe true?
One thing’s for sure—hyped or hesitant, the Fantastic Four are coming to Fortnite and bringing some heat with them (literally in Johnny’s case). So, shelling out for the full Blue-print, or is it going to be a side of just one member? Your wallet, in either case, is about to be heavily pierced.
