Like literally, not even a second has passed. Crickets. Which is… kinda weird? Normally, this is the hot battlefield of a million takes on F1 Twitter.
Or maybe they’re all tied up in simulators? Or silence has more profound meanings: too many alternatives? It’s promising to be quite a show for the 2025 grid as contracts enter their last year, young guns emerge into the picture, and old men cling to the steering wheel for dear life.
A Verstappen-Leclerc type of superteam? Hamilton pouring his vast experience into a rookie? Yuki Tsunoda finally getting that Red Bull promotion after years of “next year, bro” promises? Endless possibilities, yet nothing is forthcoming in terms of replies.
A little eerie. Surely there would be at least some chaotic screamer saying, “PUT LANDO IN A FERRARI,” or some joke about “Stroll Sr. buys ALL seats.” Well, no. Instead, it was the void that stared back. The fans might really be under a case of collective trauma called silly season PTSD. Ah! 2022- the year where the rumor mill about Alonso moving would erupt every Monday, only to be proven a few weeks down the line to be the work of someone’s cousin’s barber’s fanfic? You remember, right?
Or perhaps the plot twist is that the lack of comments may suggest protest.
