A very short tweet reads, “Just a couple of Chun-Li players”, with a link to the footage. And wow, was that worth it! It includes rapid combos with counter timings, alongside Chun-Li’s spinning bird kick, a classic never getting old charge. One of those matches that makes you want to grab the nearest joystick and hit practice.
What is crazy is the reaction from the community or rather, was the reaction. Typically, a video of this sort would gain an avalanche of comments hyping the gameplay and deliberating who played better. But this time? Crickets. Maybe everybody was simply too busy rewatching the clip to utter even one word, or perhaps they were just left completely aghast! Either way, having seen something this flawless without much commentary in the fighting game community is rare indeed.
Chun-Li has been a favorite since way back when, and why. Speed, power, and style, all in one package. Watch top-tier Chun-Li play, whether you were a casual or tournament-level player-it’s chef’s kiss.
