So Capcom Fighting Collection 2 dropped and internet is buzzing. The simple truth of the matter: People were *not* prepared for this nickel-and-dime nostalgia. The collection brings in glory some of the most iconic fighting games from Capcom’s golden age, and, fans are just salivating over them. But here comes the real question: what is everyone playing all day longer for?

Turns out those two will go down in history as eternal kings: Power Stone and Project Justice. The official Street Fighter account recently polled its fans about what they had been grinding over the weekend, and these two response options just went all the way via an overdose.

“Power Stone 2 and Project Justice ^^” – Straight from the mouth of ComputART, aka Loris. Not that Tim The Chef was not just shouting, “PROJECT JUSTICE!!! CAPCOM PLEASE BRING BACK RIVAL SCHOOLS!” He’s got heart, and honestly, I do too.

Wait, wait, wait, I got this. Beast Gamer Kuma says: “Power Stone. I forgot how tough the final boss was lol.” Hell yes! That thing was a nightmare back then, and apparently is still worth the trouble!

Then on the other side, Capcom versus SNK 2 gang. HeroFoxTail were “Labbing in Capcom vs SNK 2 🥰🥰🥰.” And Dekoma? Classic nostalgic: “CvS2. I have a lot of memories playing this game during high school.”

Now not everybody is gonna feel gleeful about this, though. There’s still some resentment being harbored for the lack of a proper physical release in Europe. Darius Schmupper put it down straight: “Nah, I would have bought it day one if it was a proper physical, but here in Europe Capcom insisted on being cheap again…” Oof.

Then there are the Rival Schools guys. Jix plainly said: “Do we know why Rival Schools was excluded?” Capcom, you can’t just tease us with Project Justice and not give us the full series.

Plasma Sword crew, have my respects. Kid Sol said, “I will be playing Plasma Sword as it holds a special place in my heart.”

So yeah, Capcom Fighting Collection 2 is really going strong at the moment, but fans are asking for everything-yet. Power Stone 3? Rival Schools revival? Proper physical release? The demand is real.

For now, though: dust off those fight sticks, if you haven’t already jumped in. Just… maybe skip the Power Stone final boss unless you’re ready to wriggle in pain.
