The historical accuracy in this installment is surprisingly pretty good. The voice acting and characters also are much improved compared to previous installments. The developer did a good job at setting the stage and making you care about how the story unfolds. When you're not completing missions part of the main story, you can roam Egypt freely however you please. There are horses, horse-drawn vehicles, camels, and even boats to navigate the open-ended world. The very nature of exploring is a great time and gives you plenty of action to enjoy. What was also unique about Origins at the time was players' ability to fight and tame predators. They can become allies that help you out with missions and battles. The combat also received a major overhaul, featuring a new hit-box system. It's more dynamic and realistic. For example, it allows you to aim where you want to strike. You can target certain limbs and do different amounts of damage. You can experience all of this without having to pay a dime this weekend.
