A frenzy of reactions poured in from the viewers!

First sit-down, a great many relatable emotional responses, some of them tinged with a bit of irritation. Some players let out their funny comment, such as @DjuWeeshr: Never blink. That’s it. That’s how you know what’s going on. Some players, in contrast, like @mekatora_, were against it: Stop with the “lol so relatable” and fix your matchmaking.

Speaking of matchmaking, that was the major theme amongst the tweets. A great number of players, @seanthegamer46_ and @AlexiKodomono amongst them, called Blizzard out for blocking ranked systems. @seanthegamer46_ raged: Fix the dog sht matchmaking. Giving me teams that are worse than me as I’m about to rank up into diamond is fcking bullsht. Oof.

Besides being almost completely random, some of these side comments were hilarious: @granotaa said, “should i kiss her” to a completely unrelated image, whereas @Shrek5onBluRay demanded that Mauga be reworked (probably because Mauga is either completely ridiculous or just plain terrible—no in-between).

Suddenly, we’ve got this rather unwanted Overwatch crossover. @TootyFrooty420 commenced babbling about DBD mechanics within the replies, and @MagmarxioGaming responded with: “I really love how the DBD community is just complaining to Overwatch now because of how badly things have been.”

On the other end of the spectrum, not all walks were salty: some, like @gocatsgo08, were applauding the sound design (“Sound design ftw”), while others just rolled with the chaos. @AllanLugo93 shared clips of his own while laughing, saying, “I know that feeling, I was the Hog in this fight 😂.”

But the biggest takeaway is that Overwatch players are desperate for fixes–be it matchmaking, hero balancing…or even a Switch 2 update (in full fact, @fluffyraccoons really begging for 60fps).

So yeah, Blizzard obviously got the…engagement they were fishing for—but also a big, loud slew of demands. Will they answer? Who knows. For now, though, the Overwatch community is obnoxiously chaotic, much like the gameplay clip they’re reacting to.

And honestly? That’s part of their beauty.
