They have disclosed a new collection of King Ice co-branded accessories and to be honest? The response has been massive. There is still some hype that goes in the direction of ‘forget the Battle Rifle, where’s my chain?’
The tweet was very clear – ‘Stay frosty ❄️’ and a link to the new King Ice x Halo collection was also offered. But at times the simplest announcements drew the craziest reactions. And if you are talking about Halo merchandise that is not just another t-shirt? Sure, the people will notice it.
Right away, gamers were pointing out the particular items that they liked. Joshua ^L_^ 🇹🇭🥦🏳️🌈 :3 could not resist admiring the AI chip artwork for one of the chains, and he went on to say “I love the ai chip one for the chain.” DeadRingr very much agreed, adding, “The AI chip one looks really cool tho.” It seems that that particular artwork is being well received by the fans who appreciate the subtle lore references.
However, it would not be a Halo community response without some… odd opinions mixed in with the good ones. Ranger_Cali’s comment was almost a version of the familiar situation where we see excellent merch, but the people are like – ‘Ahhh gimme gimme gimme’. The struggle is tough when a new Halo Infinite release happens and simultaneously your wallet starts sweating.

What is really remarkable is that these kinds of partnerships open the discussion about other items that people want from the Halo universe. r3cl4im3r seized the moment and made a Fortnite demand, saying, ‘anything but adding thel vadam to @Fortnite when its literally a halo season, we need master chief’s duo pls 🙏🙏.’ The crossover hopes are heavy with this one.

Even the King Ice official account couldn’t resist and they. made a comment in the replies saying, ‘Here to stay for a long time 😉’. It’s awesome to get that reassured this partnership is not just a one-time deal.
Meanwhile, arsalansyed11 threw out something different but equally thrilling – ‘I can’t wait to see the new Halo game on Friday. I’m so excited ❤️’. Hang on a second, is there a new Halo game coming out on Friday? Did we miss something? Responses to tweets sometimes disclose more than the original tweet and indeed, that’s the charm of Twitter.
