At that time frame, NAC (North America Central) takes over at 22:40 CEST (4:40 pm ET). What else? You get the Aces Wild Card Spray just for tuning in-which is not exactly a Victory Royale but hey, free stuff is free stuff! Right?
The missing thing is replies, usually FNCS tweets are hyped with funny memes or begging from players requesting that the loot pool be touched. Not today? Nothing even close. Crickets.
