as of now said to release sometime on April 15. Yes, that would be April 15 and not April 8, not some sick joke from an April Fool, while some found it to be quite hard in the belief at first.
All this brought by dataminers @AllyJax_ and @BeastFNCreative, who somehow got their grubby paws on the layout that looks to be full. And just say … people have opinions. Some seem excited, some confused, and few are roasting it straight up. Another day just like that for the classic Fortnite community.
What’s Happening on The Map, Though?
To begin with, it looks pretty fresh-it’s so fresh! Already fans are spotting the absences of a few old favorites, though: “No Misty Meadows… 😭,” bemoaned one such player while another asked, “Where’s Coral Castle at????” (Likely RIP to the most controversial POI ever, I assume).
Then there were obviously the ones saying about cars might come in through mode, and not everybody is cool with that. “If there are really cars coming in this mode nobody’s going to play this s**t. 🤣” someone made a joke. “Please tell me we will not have the option of driving cars in Reload!” cried another.
Generally Complicated and Mixed Reactions
As it usual, responses flop up and under. Some people are saying it is mid while others have reserved it for best one yet; one even said: “I could not care about anything less. Dogshit mode,” which… okay, that’s a little bit harsh. And then you have people like @PremTheSeeker who just yelled: “Fortnite new map gonna be lit,” so really, who wins?
And then again there’s a tweet by @Oris_0x saying: “I can’t wait to drop into the chaos and discover what crazy surprises the new map holds,” just living their best life. Same here, Oris.
So…Is This For Real?
When it comes to all Fortnite leaks, you never know for sure until the good folks at Epic announce it. But considering how detailed this is and how true these leaks typically are, it is safe to bet that we will probably get *something* quite massive on April 15.
The real question is here.. will it live up to all this hype? Or will it leave players complaining about missing POIs on the second day onwards? Time will tell, my friend.
Keep an ear on @HYPEX (who is almost touching 4M followers, btw) on further updates- and maybe just mentally prepare for whatever fresh insane chaos this new map will unleash.
