U.S. Army veterans will play Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, alongside popular gaming streamers in the Call of Duty Endowment (CODE) Bowl. This is the first-ever CODE Bowl esports event put on, and it should be a source of great entertainment for an even greater cause.
The charitable event is a joint endeavor by the Call of Duty Endowment and U.S. Army Esports.
Eight well-known game streamers will each captain a team. Every team will feature one captain and two U.S. Army members that are also a part of U.S. Army Esports.
The high-profile streamers who will be leading a team in the Call of Duty Endowment Bowl are:

• Michael “Shroud” Grzesiek
• Tom “Syndicate” Cassell
• Jack “CouRage” Dunlop
• David “StoneMountain64” Steinberg
• Timothy “TimTheTatman” Betar
• Jaryd “Summit1G” Lazar
• Brett “Dakotaz” Hoffman
These streamers are asking their fans to donate to their CODE campaign, and the gamer who receives the most donations will win first place and be awarded the championship trophy.

The CODE is an organization that has been around since 2009 and is responsible for finding thousands of veterans well-paying jobs, with the goal of reaching 100,000 veterans helped by 2024. This event will hopefully bring a lot of publicity to the organization and its social objectives in the United States.

Call of Duty gamers can do more than just donating to the CODE streamers if they want to get involved. The official CODE website has a lot of avenues for gamers to give and offers incentives for doing so, including in-game items and merchandise.
The Call of Duty Endowment Defender Pack can be purchased for PS4, Xbox, and PC, and features a bunch of in-game items like “The Defender” weapon variant and a watch.
Activision-Blizzard, the parent organization in charge of the Call of Duty franchise, has donated over $25 million to the CODE and continues to be a massive supporter of the U.S. Military.
