During the recent Tokyo Game Show 2020, CD Projekt Red had a special event lined up. The developer showcased its upcoming game CyberPunk 2077, which will be released later this year. CDPR is planning on releasing several pieces of merchandise in the future.

One of the first reveals was a statue of Johnny Silverhand, portrayed by Keanu Reeves. The figure is part of the Pop Up Parade line. Johnny is shown standing and looking down at the player after taking off his sunglasses.

The figure’s pose is based on the character’s reveal in the CyberPunk 2077 trailer months ago. The Pop-Up Parade figure will come in two separate pieces for the statue and a base so it can stand upright.

The next item presented was a book called The World of Cyberpunk 2077, which was announced in North America in July, but will be translated for Japanese fans. There are two versions of the book. The regular edition is a beautiful hardback book with scenes from the games.

The Deluxe Edition contains the hardcover book alone with an exclusive Night City map cover, slipcase with Night City graffiti, temporary tattoos, a Johnny Silverhand memorial poster, and four postcards with artwork of the vehicles.

Good Smile Company announced additional items coming soon, including Nendoroids and Figma figures based on the protagonist V and possibly other characters. The announcement only showed a black screen with a logo when the announcement was made.

Also coming soon are a red and blue “Cyberpunk 2077 Neon Edge Acrylic LED Light.” The light produces a neon atmosphere along with a remote to switch between 12 RGB color options and three light patterns. Those who aren’t interested in flashing lights can buy a plush of the bike and the Quadra V Tek.

The company is also offering a 3-way PVC bag with various logos of the Night City gangs. Players can change the belts’ locations to transform the back into a sling backpack, shoulder bag, or a standard backpack. A neon green phone case featuring the map of Night City was also revealed.

Many of the items are already available for preorder. The items are expected to begin shipping by the end of the year.

The items announced were only a small preview of what new items are to come. Most of the items were from Good Smile, a Japanese company. Still, CD Projekt Red is working with businesses worldwide to release additional unique products in preparation for the game’s release soon.

CyberPunk 2077 is scheduled to launch later this year for PC, Google Stadia, PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X and S.
