So now, shall we tell you what actually just transpired? Battlefield 6 beta codes were released into the wild like free candy at a parade, and the gamers were having a nervous meltdown: crashing the keyboards, pleading in all caps, “PLEASE I NEED THAT.” And the Black Ops 7 has to make an appearance in the teasing, too, of course. Because why not?
It all began when @CODBO7Informer and @BF6Informer decided to throw some Battlefield 6 beta codes all over their timelines. Two codes were given outright: 3UF2-J9VP-S7GJ-K2VT and B2UY-AASB-ZK35-CHDC, accompanied by a little note saying that people should like the tweet and follow these fine folks if they wanted to be gifted one. Pretty normal procedure. Once the internet got hold of it, however, it was complete chaos.
A whole mess of things were going on in the replies. Some of the gamers began to flex their loyalty: “@SixtiethTiger1 I have been following both accounts for a long time.” Somewhat of a flex, really. Then we had “@Matheus26486679” praying for a code as if it were the last slice of pizza at the party. And then @SuzanaMCoelho suffered the loss and is living with the regret. Mood.
But some were out for blood. “@officialorean” doubled down, telling everyone to buy the codes from Plati Market and not to deal with “these weirdos.” Ouch. Meanwhile, “@aktsstv” just straight-up implied that the accounts might be distributing codes that have already been redeemed. Skepticism, much?
Now, weaving over to a mention of @amber_kevin, comes the ultimate dad-gamer blurter: “My wife’s working the next 8 hours so I need to watch the kids. If you could hold off on sending keys until then, that’d be great.” Sir, the internet does NOT wait for your babysitting duties.
But the real kicker: @CODBO7Informer teasing that Black Ops 7 goes into beta “soon.” Uh-huh, you read that right. Black Ops 7. Because, apparently, we are just skipping numbers now? Maybe a typo. Maybe Activision is just trolling us. Who knows? But to have them hinting about the next Call of Duty while Battlefield 6 isn’t even fully launched just yet, that is some serious hype warfare.
So, the moral of the story: beta codes are gold dust; if you blink, you miss them. Also, the rumor mill never stops, and Black Ops 7 might just be a thing sooner than we thought. Or not really. Either way, keep your notifications on and your fingers ready to smash that redeem button, because next time? It’s gonna be crazier.
And, if you missed this round? Well, there’s always Plati Market. Or, you know, just wait for the next drop. Maybe. Hopefully. Probably.
