Question Studio amplified the creepiness factor as it allows players to interact with the game’s designers in The Blackout Club.

Based on the clip, you can carry a long conversation with a scary voice. The developers can really mess with your brain if you are playing alone and in the dark. Here’s a clip of the interaction between a player and the disembodied voice.

In The Blackout Club, you play one of the teenagers in a fictional suburb. Every morning, you wake up all covered in scrapes and dirt. However, you have no recollection of what happened the night before. This goes on for several days. First, you think that you are just sleepwalking, but the events are getting weirder and weirder.

In fact, there are times when you do not have a recollection of what happens to you for days.

But then when you start to investigate, you discover that there are others like you. You all decide to get to the bottom of the mystery and explain why you are having all these blackouts.

Along with your friends, you find out a network of tunnels under your sleepy neighborhood. It is scary and exciting at the same time. Nothing happens in this idyllic town. In the dark tunnel, you hear haunting music from beneath. It scares you.

However, your best friend goes missing without a trace after you wake up in the morning. Not only that, you are a number of parents who want to kill you. Now, it is up to you to know what is happening in the community. Armed with a camera, you need to find evidence that will expose what the adults are doing to kids in the town.

The story premise of The Blackout Club is interesting enough. But what makes it different is the Enhanced Horror mode. You need a good set of headphones and a microphone to activate the feature. By selecting the mode, the developers can access your audio and engage you in a conversation.

However, the disembodied voices can do more than mess with your head. They can also help teleport you to safety so they can interact with you without anyone disturbing the conversation.

You can go to YouTube and watch these interactions with players of The Blackout Club. This will take out the creepiness factor a little bit since you have an idea of what to expect. But then again, nothing will prepare you when the disembodied voice calls you by your name.

The Blackout Club is available on the Microsoft Windows, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.
