First, some HYPE! Activision announced that Season 5 for Black Ops 6 will be releasing tomorrow, packed with huge content. @CallofDuty, in the official tweet, gave a hint at the “epic finale” of Zombies in Reckoning mode, new Multiplayer maps, and the highest form of mayhem from Stadium breach in Verdansk. Yum! Chaotic times are coming.
But in all actuality, As Activision is reveling in maximizing the hype, the reply comment section is just a huge MESS. Half of them were screaming about Battlefield 6‘s open beta dropping on the same day, while the other half were roasting CoD for recycled content or begging for the OG Zombies cast to return. Classic Twitter chaos.
Let me get you through. Reckoning should” end” Zombies storyline (for now?), while newly added Multiplayer maps are supposed to be classic Black Ops. Stadium breach in Verdansk sounds like a full-tilt warground. But uh… judging from replies, some are still in doubt.
“Everyone will be on BF6 tomorrow,” clapped back @NickManzo9. Ouch. Then there’s @Kungfuhilbilly1 going with “I’m gonna pass on wokeops for the first time ever!” Meanwhile, @chippysaus is demanding for the return of the OG crew from Dark Aether. Priorities, folks.
Then there was the… well, interesting… flurry of bickering between @Donny_English_ and @MZC369, which swiftly descended to “you mad bro?” territory. Twitter is never going to change.
But hey, there’s hope still in the air as some loyalists like @IsThatJohnny__ are still hyped, shouting “Yezzzir!” into the vacuum. And @CharlesJhallory has a point: “We are only playing zombies then hopping onto the BF6 beta.” A nice balance of chaos.
One thing is for sure – Either you have a stake in the Zombies finale, new maps, or are merely watching the BF V CoD war initiated into real-time, tomorrow is going to be WILD. Do drink some water between the matches.
